One of our current food stalls has now chosen to follow other dreams, and this therefore makes room for a new food operator in our food hall. Maybe this is you?

Your experience is not the most important thing for Lager11. Here we work to develop concepts together with our food stalls, and the most important thing is therefore your burning desire to create good food and great experiences for our guests. All our food stalls offer a unique concept, and we want to expand the dining experience for our guests with concepts that differ from the restaurants that are already at Lager11. We will also emphasize this in the selection process.

We want the caterers who establish themselves at Lager11 to be successful, and we have therefore invested in compact kitchens that are “ready to use” with the most important equipment you need. We have also provided a good infrastructure with water, drainage, electricity, cold rooms, freezer rooms and joint agreements that our food stalls can take part in to reduce their costs.

As a food stall operator at Lager11, you will run your own business, and you will have a lease agreement with Lager11. This means that you must establish your own company - AS, (if you do not already have this) and apply for permission to operate a restaurant. This is something we can of course help with if there is a need for this. We have an enthusiastic and competent team at Lager11 who will help you get started, and who will follow you closely with a common goal of succeeding with the food stand.

Our concept is street food. High-quality ingredients, home-cooked food and small dishes are therefore important elements of the menu offered to guests.

We are looking for you as:

  • Have a dream to open your own restaurant and run your own business
  • Have a clear food concept that you want to develop
  • Has a food concept that fits in with our other restaurants
  • Want to be part of the international environment in our food hall
  • Willing to work hard to succeed with your concept

We offer:

The application must contain:

  • Description of the food concept (What would you like to serve? What is unique about this concept?)
  • Name of restaurant (Do you have a name for your restaurant/concept?)
  • Suppliers (Which suppliers and raw materials do you want to use? Why exactly these?)
  • Dishes (How long does it take to prepare the dishes? How many dishes can you manage to serve every hour at full capacity?)
  • Quality (What does quality mean to you? How do you plan to work to maintain the quality in your food stall?)
  • Marketing (How do you plan to work with marketing to attract your own customers?)

In addition, we need information about:

  • Your name
  • Telephone number
  • Email
  • Previous experience from a restaurant

If you already have a restaurant or a food truck, we also want:

  • Name of restaurant/food truck
  • Address or location of the food truck
  • Website or social media

Established restaurants who want to test out new food concepts in a smaller format are encouraged to apply.
